Refund policy
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the situation and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer protection against manufacturing defects. Please report any such issues immediately upon receipt and no later than 7 days from delivery. While we maintain stringent quality controls to minimize such occurrences, we understand they can still happen. Rest assured, if defects are identified, we will swiftly address and rectify them.
For a replacement, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Custom made to order items are not eligible for returns with the sole exception of defective merchandise.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
